Shipping & returns

ORDER PROCESSING TIMES.

Most of my designs are created using the lost wax method. This is a sometimes slow process with multiple steps involved. Due to this all made to order pieces take up to 4-6 weeks to be handrafted and shipped out to you. If there are any manufacturing delays you will be contacted as soon as possible.

All one of a kind/ready to ship pieces will be shipped out within 14 work days of ordering.


SHIPPING.

All pieces are shipped out in their own recyclable cardboard boxes (to recycle simply remove the padded foam insert) in black 100% compostable padded mailers sourced from Melbourne based company Hero Packaging. 

There are 3 shipping options available with Australia Post:
- Standard shipping $10 - comes with tracking, but is not covered for theft of an item over $100. If your item is lost/stolen in the mail, I am not liable for any costs related and you will not be refunded. You will need to cover the replacement costs if wanting item resent.
- Standard shipping with with insurance $15 - recommended for all orders over $100. If your package is lost in the mail, costs can be reimbursed via Australia Post.
- Standard shipping with insurance and signature on delivery $20 - Recommended for orders over $100 being delivered to apartment complexes or large workplaces. If your package is lost in the mail, costs can be reimbursed via Australia Post.


RETURNS.

I do not offer returns or refunds for change of mind. I am a sole trader who makes most items to order, and as such cannot refund the time, labour and material costs involved in each order. If something does not fit as intented I am happy to work with you to find a solution whether that be alterations or an exchange. Any alterations will come with labour costs.

Refunds are offered for items that are faulty on arrival. In the rare instance that this occurs, these items can will be refunded and/or exchanged. I take the utmost care to make sure only quality tested, well crafted goods are sent out to all customers. Whilst sterling silver jewellery is strong and durable, it is unfortunately not indestructable. Please reach out if this is the case.
